It's perfect for the not so tech-savvy who would like to do something creative with their photos, without having to spend the whole weekend learning how to use a program. The program features a tabbed interface divided into three main areas (Photo, Theme and Publish) in which you can select the images you want to use, pick the theme for your album and generate it, respectively.
SkyAlbum Photo Gallery Builder includes dozens of customizable templates with varied designs and supports background music, transition effects, annotations and clipart. On the downside, the template preview didn't seem to work for me.
